- Educators and Special Education Professionals: Teachers, teacher aides, and special education professionals who want to enhance their skills in behavior management and interventions.
- Parents and Caregivers: Family members or caregivers of individuals with developmental disorders who wish to gain a better understanding of ABA principles and techniques to support their loved ones.
- College Students: Students studying psychology, education, or a related field who want to gain practical experience in ABA and work with individuals with developmental disorders.
- Direct Support Professionals: Individuals working in group homes, residential facilities, or community-based settings who support individuals with developmental disorders.

It’s important to note that to become an RBT, individuals must complete the required 40-hour training program, pass the RBT Competency Assessment, and pass the RBT exam.
