Common Support Issues with Solutions
The most straightforward solution is to initiate a password reset on our login page. In case you don’t receive the reset email, please double-check your spam and junk folders. If you locate it there, kindly inform us so that we can fine-tune our email settings. If you’re still unable to locate the email for password reset, please reach out to us via email.
To address this, follow these steps:
- Log out of the website.
- Ensure you are using Google Chrome. If not, please download it (it’s free).
- In Google Chrome, clear your cookies. If you’re unsure how to do this, you can find instructions by searching on Google.
- Finally, use a Google Incognito browser to log in.
We’ve observed that these steps resolve around 95% of the issues when the course is experiencing unusual behavior.

Here are the steps to resolve this:
Please check your spam and junk folders for the email. If you find it there, let us know so we can adjust our email settings.
Next, we need to determine if you already have an account in our system. Go to https://behaviortechcourse.com/edit-profile/ and enter the email that your employer/friend used, along with the most likely password (if you created an account yourself, use the password you would have chosen). If that password/username doesn’t work, you will receive one of two messages.
The first message may indicate that the password for that account is incorrect. If you receive this message, it means you already had an account. Click “Lost your password” to reset it. Once you’re logged in, you should see a course. If you don’t, please contact your employer/friend and ensure that the email you’re using to log in is the one they added to their group.
The second message may say “unknown email.” If you receive this message, click on “register” to create a new account. After logging in, if you still don’t see the course, contact your employer/friend and confirm that the email you’re using to log in is the one they added to their group.
If your organization is purchasing 5 or more seats and would like information about organizational subscriptions, you may schedule a 30-minute meeting with our Educational Coordinator, Jonathan Darby. Please note that we cannot provide guidance on becoming an RBT. Do not schedule a meeting if you are an individual seeking information about the RBT certification process.
