Dr. Jaime Flowers

Educational Psychologist and CEO of Behavior Webinars, LLC. I have over two decades of experience in behavior analysis, school psychology, and higher education. My passion lies in making learning engaging, evidence-based, and directly applicable to the diverse needs of professionals working in behavioral and educational settings.

As CEO, I oversee the development of training programs that meet certification requirements across BACB, QABA, and IBAO boards, while ensuring courses are practical and interactive. I specialize in translating complex research into digestible, actionable strategies for the field.

Served as Associate Professor of School Psychology, Program Director for the M.A. in Applied Educational Psychology, and VCS Coordinator in ABA. I have trained hundreds of graduate students, supervised fieldwork, and contributed to the growth of evidence-based practices in schools and clinical settings. My earlier career includes roles as a Licensed Educational Psychologist in California and a School Psychologist in multiple districts, where I collaborated with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to improve student outcomes.
